We offer food, and we understand that things can go wrong.

Our goal is to please 100% of our customers, so please contact us right away if your food is not what you expected, we want to find a solution immediately!

From experience, an item that isn't satisfying is tasted and left alone.

Based on that, we don't think that consuming half of a cake could qualify for a refund, what seems more reasonable is when one bite, maybe 2, led you to come to us and ask for a solution.

Again, we just want you to come right away if there is a problem, our top priority is to deliver on our promise that we are the French food you want!
