Daughter, niece and grand-daughter of a French Chef, Anne Dufour has worked for a long time in the South of France, Monaco, Saint Tropez and also Sint Marteen Island (West Indies), in the Luxery Food Sector.
In 2005, Anne decided to open her first company that supply Private Luxury Yacht Owners. After, her first Traditional French Food Restaurant in Cannes is opened. Three years later, in 2012, she decided to move to NYC with her young daughter, Phedre, and open "the French Cafe Gourmand", a french coffee Shop/Sandwich Shop in the Financial District (FIDI).
In 2018, she opened Her "Cafe Madelaine" in tribute to her Grandmother , Jeanne Madelaine.
"Cafe Madelaine" is not only a Coffee Shop, but it is also a French Bakery and Eatery that always offers a variety of French specialitees and Events.
